Complaint handling

Have you received a damaged/wrong product.

Please send an email to info@homedelight.nl as soon as possible (in any case within 14 days of receipt) containing:
- your order number and the name under which the item was ordered
- a description of the problem
- clear photos of the problem (when it concerns damage)

We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@homedelight.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the platform of the European Union.


We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem.

Warranty

Home Delight B.V. uses a warranty period of 1 year, which starts on the date of purchase.

Warranty Home Delight B.V.

  • You get a warranty on the product you ordered of 1 year;

  • The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase;

  • The product is purchased at Home Delight B.V.;

  • Depending on the article you have the right to replacement, free repair or refund;

  • Home Delight B.V. takes care of the return costs of the concerning product;


When warranty is NOT applicable.

  • The wear and tear on the product can be considered normal;

  • Adjustments have been made to the product;

  • Damage to the product is caused by improper use, intentional or negligent maintenance;

  • We request that you report any defects or faults to us as soon as possible after discovering the defect:
